Only analyze websites you own or have authorization for
Not use the service for illegal purposes
Not attempt to bypass service limitations
Respect the quotas associated with your plan

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, code, text) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

7. Pricing

Prices are indicated on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days notice.

8. Liability

SiteRadar provides audits for informational purposes. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of results or SEO ranking improvements. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing area.

No refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period, whether monthly or annual.
Maintained access: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all features of your plan until that date.
Renewal: Without cancellation, your subscription is automatically renewed at each due date.
Data: After your subscription expires, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of violation of these terms, without notice or refund.

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of substantial changes.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rouen.
